A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA, India) and Chartered Certified Accountant (CCA, UK), Bhavna brings over 10 years of hands-on experience across audit, assurance, taxation, and financial advisory — working with a wide range of clients including listed and unlisted companies, NBFCs, startups, investment funds, and multinational businesses across India and abroad.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Bhavna has an intuitive understanding of what it takes to build, manage, and grow a business. She’s walked alongside clients through various stages of their journey — from early-stage structuring to complex transactions and compliance frameworks.
